Currently, the Bayh-Dole Act allows the government to suspend patent use developed with government-funded inventions if products are excessively priced. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) may erase the government’s ability to control drug prices by removing “reasonable terms” from the pricing policy. Recently, the prostate cancer drug Xtandi, developed through government grants, tried to charge $129,269 per year. DDT dropped his attempts to lower drug costs after he lost the 2020 election. NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases division owns the patent for the synthetic coronavirus spike protein, used to stimulate an immune response and leases it to BioNTech, Pfizer’s partner, and Moderna for manufacturing the COVID-19 vaccines. President Joe Biden has the ability to revoke DDT’s rule.

Vaccine distribution will be ‘joint venture’ between CDC and Pentagon – POLITICO
Nationwide distribution of any coronavirus vaccine will be a “joint venture” between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which typically oversees vaccine allocation, and the Department of Defense, a senior administration official said today.

Pentagon chief spokesperson Jonathan Hoffman told reporters earlier in the day that distribution would be “a collaborative process” between the private sector and the military.

Operation Warp Speed, the government’s coronavirus vaccine and drug accelerator, is examining “how do we take advantage of the commercial capability of the private sector to handle things like distribution, and where will either DoD step in to help manage that process, or if necessary, will DoD be required to step in and actually physically deliver items itself,” Hoffman said.

Bottom line, these huge vaccine monopolies and a couple billionaire technocrats get the PROFIT up front, in the form of taxpayer entitlements and corporate welfare. Then all of the harm and deaths that their products cause is also paid for by those same taxpayers. 

The BIG PHARMA monopolies have no duty to produce anything safe or effective, because they are not going to be held accountable for any injuries or deaths, nor will their profits suffer from the harms and deaths that they cause.. HOW SWEET IS THAT?

The Department of Defense (DoD) reported that almost 75 percent of military personnel turned down the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine. According to Pentagon officials, the vaccination being voluntary for members of the armed services is the main reason COVID-19 vaccination rates are low. But despite these figures, the Pentagon denied it was covering up exact data.

French drug assessment center says all four Covid-19 vaccines are dangerous, should be pulled off the market

Led by Dr. Catherine Frade, a pharmacist, the research team worked with public data released by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in relation to the injections released by Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson). All four of these injections only have temporary authorization based on perceived need, as opposed to approval based on clinical evidence of safety and efficacy.

All of the jabs are also still subject to studies that extend out to 2024 – three years from now – and beyond. Very little is known, at this point, about the long-term side effects of the injections, though we are seeing short-term side effects in the form of serious blood clots and death.

This, combined with the fact that the jabs have never even undergone the normal testing and approval process, makes the whole thing a really bad bet in terms of public health. We expect a “third wave” of viral variants to result in mass death among the vaccinated. The only question is when this will happen, not if.

Fact #1: The Infection Fatality Rate for COVID-19 is somewhere between 0.07–0.20 percent, in line with seasonal flu. The Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) math of ANY new virus ALWAYS declines over time as more data becomes available, as any virologist could tell you. In the early days of COVID-19—where we only had data from China—there was a fear that the IFR could be as high as 3.4 percent, which would indeed be cataclysmic. On April 17, the first study was published by Stanford researchers that should have ended all lockdowns immediately, as the scientists reported that their research “implies that the infection is much more widespread than indicated by the number of confirmed cases” and pegged the IFR as low as 0.12–0.2 percent. The researchers also speculated that the final IFR, as more data emerged, would likely “be lower.” For context, seasonal flu has an IFR of 0.1 percent. Smallpox? 30 percent. COVID-19, to reiterate? 0.12 to 0.2 percent.

In January 2020, Los Angeles had an influenza outbreak that was killing children. The LA Times reported that “an unlikely strain of influenza has sickened and killed an unusually high number of young people in California this flu season.” COVID-19 is the opposite of that. Stanford’s Dr. Ioannidis said, “Compared to almost any other cause of disease that I can think of, it’s really sparing young people.”

Italy reported in May that 96 percent of Italians who died from COVID-19 had “other illnesses” and were, on average, eighty years old.

In a study titled “Indoor Transmission of SARS-CoV-2” and published on April 2, 2020, scientists studied outbreaks of three or more people in three hundred and twenty separate towns in China over a five-week period beginning in January 2020. The goal was to determine WHERE outbreaks started: in the home, workplace, outside, or wherever. What’d they discover? Almost eighty percent of outbreaks happened in the home environment. The rest happened in crowded buses and trains.

Nguyen worried that she’d been exposed, because the only personal protective equipment she wore during those shifts was a surgical mask. However, she said, the hospital instructed her to continue working as usual, until she developed symptoms of COVID-19 two days later. Then the hospital placed her in quarantine but told her that she couldn’t get tested for the coronavirus at the hospital — she had to go to a community testing site, instead, she said.

“After that, I didn’t get paid for over two weeks I was quarantined,” said Nguyen, who returned to work after having tested negative.

Workers at Fountain Valley have repeatedly raised alarms in recent weeks about hospital practices they fear leave them vulnerable to the coronavirus — including lack of testing, reuse of personal protective equipment and subpar infection controls — by writing to the CEO, calling lawmakers and staging two demonstrations outside the hospital. In July, the National Union of Healthcare Workers, which represents employees like Nguyen, submitted a complaint to the California Department of Public Health, which the union said prompted an investigation that continues. (The department said that complaints are confidential and that it couldn’t comment on any investigations.)

Research Finds Increased Levels of Suicidal Thoughts, Psychological Trauma During COVID-19 Pandemic
The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has led to higher levels of depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies, and psychological trauma among American adults, according to 3 new studies published by sociologists at the University of Arkansas. Researchers surveyed 10,368 adults from across the country to better understand the sociological and psychological effects of the pandemic. All 3 studies are part of an initial push to understand the sociological impacts of COVID-19. Although there were many findings, fear was the common denominator, according to the study.

“Fear is a pretty consistent predictor,” said first author Kevin Fitzpatrick, PhD, in a statement. “What we found is that fear, coupled with a range of social vulnerabilities, consistently and significantly predict a range of mental health outcomes. Additionally, as originally hypothesized, it appears as though individual fear is higher in those places where there is a higher concentration of confirmed COVID-19 cases and/or a higher death rate.”

Breaking News, Newport Beach, CA: Physicians for Informed Consent Publishes New Educational Document on Risk of Aluminum in Vaccines 



Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC), an educational nonprofit organization focused on science and statistics, has just released its Aluminum Vaccine Risk Statement (VRS) entitled “Aluminum in Vaccines: What Parents Need to Know.” The educational document answers important questions about the risks of aluminum-containing vaccines administered to newborns, infants and children.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us that the public is very interested in weighing the risks of infectious diseases versus the risks of vaccines,” said Dr. Shira Miller, PIC founder and president. “Parents and the public must become knowledgeable about aluminum in vaccines because even though it is used as an adjuvant in many vaccines, it is a neurotoxin—and overexposure may lead to significant harm, including problems in motor, sensory, and cognitive function.” Currently, up to 22 doses of aluminum-containing vaccines are recommended to children, with 11 doses recommended from birth to 6 months of age.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), agencies of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), have raised concerns about the negative effects of aluminum exposure in humans. In scientific studies, small amounts of aluminum that remain in the body have been observed to interfere with a variety of cellular and metabolic processes in the nervous system and in tissues of other parts of the body. Some of the most damaging effects of aluminum range from motor skill impairment to encephalopathy (altered mental state, personality changes, difficulty thinking, loss of memory, seizures, coma, and more). 

The FDA states that if some vaccines did not include aluminum (i.e., aluminum hydroxide and aluminum phosphate) as an adjuvant, the immune response they trigger may be diminished. Therefore, aluminum is included in many vaccines on the childhood schedule, including the following: hepatitis B (HepB), Haemophilus influenzae type b (PedvaxHIB), pneumococcal (PCV), hepatitis A (HepA), human papillomavirus (HPV), meningococcal B (MenB), and diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP and Tdap). 

“Vaccines are administered preventively to healthy people, not people with acute or chronic infections, so it’s crucially important to know the safety data upon which one’s recommendations are based,” said Dr. Miller. “PIC developed the Aluminum VRS to help families and their physicians advance their understanding of the risks of aluminum adjuvants, so they may engage in informed decision-making.”

Slaoui is to serve in a volunteer capacity, and will be assisted by Army Gen. Gustave Perna, the commander of United States Army Materiel Command.

If you’re wondering why a US Army general is getting involved with the GlaxiSmithKline vaccine push, it’s because Trump has just announced he’s going to “rapidly mobilize” the US military to distribute the vaccine, according to CBS News:

“We’re mobilizing our military and other forces but we’re mobilizing our military on the basis that we do have a vaccine. You know, it’s a massive job to give this vaccine. Ousted whistleblower Bright warns on coronavirus vaccine: ‘We don’t have a plan’
An ousted top Health and Human Services official testified before Congress Thursday that the Trump administration’s timeline for a coronavirus vaccine is likely too optimistic — and said there’s currently “no plan” in place for mass production and distribution of such a drug.

Dr. Rick Bright told a House Energy and Commerce Committee subcommittee that hopes for a vaccine within 12-18 months assumes “everything goes perfectly.”

Those odds just aren't good enough for me, personally.

They will word things in such a way as to make you believe that vaccines are "safe & effective" (very overused phrase) For example, "benefit outweighs risk."...that's another one they repeat over & over.

In the attempt to try & convince the public of the "efficacy" of the flu vaccine, they will ACCENTUATE the SURVIVAL & MINIMIZE the DEATH, which is exactly the OPPOSITE of what's going on today with the MINIMIZING SURVIVAL of coronavirus patients & HIGHLIGHTING the DEATHS 🤔

26% of infants who received the flu vaccine died from the flu, but hey, the flu vaccine reduced the rate of flu related deaths by 65%. 🤦🏾‍♀️(2017 study)

They will try to make anyone who QUESTIONS these things look "crazy" by using words like ANTIvaxxer or science DENIER or vaccine HESITANT or SKEPTIC.

If you don't follow along, you are considered a dissenter. They don't want people to doubt or threaten the narrative.

They say ANYTHING that doesn't fit their agenda is MISinformation and is now ACTIVELY being censored. We all see the blatant disregard for opposing viewpoints on social media. It would be comical really if it weren't so disgusting.
