Chinese billionaire Jack Ma says the US wasted trillions on warfare instead of investing in infrastructure
Ma says blaming China for any economic issues in the U.S. is misguided. If America is looking to blame anyone, Ma said, it should blame itself.

“It’s not that other countries steal jobs from you guys,” Ma said. “It’s your strategy. Distribute the money and things in a proper way.”
He said the U.S. has wasted over $14 trillion in fighting wars over the past 30 years rather than investing in infrastructure at home.

To be sure, Ma is not the only critic of the costly U.S. policies of waging war against terrorism and other enemies outside the homeland. Still, Ma said this was the reason America’s economic growth had weakened, not China’s supposed theft of jobs.

Property-assessed clean energy (PACE) helps home and business owners finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for their property. Pace is a financing tool that allows property owners to borrow money for renewable energy and energy efficiency property improvements with little or no upfront cost. The money is raised by selling bonds. The bond money is used to pay for the business or residential project. The cost is added to the property tax. Payments are made via the property tax, and the savings on the project more than pay for the amortized cost of the additional property tax.

“HERO is offering homeowners over 10,000 options that will allow them to conserve water with limited changes to their behavior,” Williams said.

These include:

Weather-based irrigation systems, which use as little as half the amount of water required by conventional systems
Rotating sprinkler heads, which save 20% of the water that would be used by conventional .
Synthetic turf, which studies have shown can save up to 55 gallons of water per square foot a year.
Rainwater catchment systems that can collect 600 gallons from an inch of rainfall on a 1,000 square foot house.
Gray water systems, which reuse more than half the water in a typical home
High efficiency toilets, which can save a family of four up to 16,000 gallons of water a year
More efficient hot water systems, which can save up to 20% of the water used by conventional systems.
