The wars fought in the names of these flags caused millions of deaths, and the leaders of those movements LOST their wars for dominance, but it is important to note that no war can be fought without debt financing and support from the 1 percent who stand to profit the most from these types of wars.

The tactics of the 1 percent are always the same; divide and conquer. All despots, dictators and fascists always use the same division, fear and hate plus racist purges, which pits one group against a majority who are most often driven by fear of change, and an unconscious fear of 'other'.

ANY NATION DESCENDING INTO FASCISM, ALWAYS PICKS ON AND STARTS PUNISHING THE MINORITY RELIGIONS; FIRST ONE, THEN OTHERS, EVENTUALLY THOSE MINORITY RELIGIONS OR BELIEF SYSTEMS ARE PURGED VIA EXTERMINATION AND/OR PURGING THEM OUT OF THE COUNTRY COMPLETELY


In any nation, when a particular religion of any kind is made 'official' and government approved or embedded, that automatically means by definition, that all others are 'less than' or are banned. Thus the racism and scapegoating begins. Eventually, it is easy to discriminate against all 'other' religions and forcibly put all other religions into camps, and then eventually exterminate them in huge PURGE, in order to make the nation 'pure' and 'holy'. 

It starts with Apartheid and then goes downhill from there, no matter what country, the pattern is always the same

The Russians go after any other religions other than the official one. The Communists don't allow ANY religion, other than the official Communist party 'religion', and dogma of course. The US has a history of going after and exterminating any other religion other than Christian fundamentalism. 

Quakers were tortured and killed by early Christian fundamentalists, as were witches and pagans. American Indians were subjected to genocide, due to their different religious beliefs. 

Hitler went after various Christian denominations other than the 'official approved' one, and he also went after Godless Communists, homosexuals, criminals, and the mentally ill, all of whom were eventually exterminated, in order to build a 'pure' and 'holy' white supremacist group of Neo Nazi racists. 

The Jehovahs Witnesses were the first Christians that Hitler went after, just as Putin is doing now.

In Erlangen, for instance, in January 1946 he spoke of meeting a German Jew who had lost everything--parents, brothers, and sisters too. But Niemöller insisted that "We must openly declare that we are not innocent of the Nazi murders, of the murder of German communists, Poles, Jews, and the people in German-occupied countries. No doubt others made mistakes too, but the wave of crime started here and here it reached its highest peak. The guilt exists, there is no doubt about that — even if there were no other guilt than that of the six million clay urns containing the ashes of incinerated Jews from all over Europe. And this guilt lies heavily upon the German people and the German name, even upon Christendom. For in our world and in our name have these things been done.

The Reverend Martin Niemoeller had personally welcomed the coming to power of the Nazis in 1933. In that year his autobiography, From U-boat to Pulpit, had been published. The story of how this submarine commander in the First World War had become a prominent Protestant pastor was singled out for special praise in the Nazi press and became a best seller. 

To Pastor Niemoeller, as to many a Protestant clergyman, the fourteen years of the Republic had been, as he said, "years of darkness" and at the close of his autobiography he added a note of satisfaction that the Nazi revolution had finally triumphed and that it had brought about the "national revival" for which he himself had fought so long — for a time in the free corps, from which so many Nazi leaders had come.

He was soon to experience a terrible disillusionment. … By the beginning of 1934, the disillusioned Pastor Niemoeller had become the guiding spirit of the minority resistance in both the "Confessional Church" and the Pastor's Emergency League.

Niemöller had once again delivered a rebellious sermon in Dahlem; at the same time transcripts of his tapped telephone conversations were presented to Hitler. In a bellow, Hitler ordered Niemöller to be put in a concentration camp and, since he had proven himself to be incorrigible, kept there for life.

SUMMARY


In America, it is still taboo to talk about the slaughter of the original Indigenous peoples that lived in this country in a sustainable manner for tens to hundreds of thousands of years.

It is taboo to talk about the dangers or environmental damage caused by monopolistic industries such as the carbon, chemical and nuclear industries, just the same as it was taboo to talk about the dangers of handing one man absolute power back in the 1940's. He promised to solve all problems; terrorists, crime, joblessness, inferiority of nation, lack of food, homelessness, homosexuals, Jews, etc, in return for absolute power and control.. The people gave it to him, just as the people are giving it to their 'leaders' now, via TPP, never ending wars on drugs, terrorists and more.

The way you can tell who is secretly in control and has absolute power, is by the silence and taboo subjects, not by what is said in public mass media, or by politicians. There are MANY taboo subjects these days.. just as there were in the Middle Ages, when everyone knew that the Earth was flat, and the sun revolved around a stationary Earth, and that people would fall off the edge if they sailed too far, and women were not intelligent enough to own property or vote..
