HOW BAD WAS FUKUSHIMA? LET'S LOOK AT JUST ONE OF THE 2,000 MAN MADE RADIOACTIVE HEAVY METAL POISONS THAT CONTAMINATED JAPAN AND MANY OTHER NATIONS, BUT IT ALL GOT COVERED UP AND DENIED BY NUCLEAR MONOPOLY


Troy Livingston July 29, 2012 · This high contamination throughout Japan is very concerning that it happen in such a short time. This is only one out of 2000 isotopes the blanketed Japan, Canada and USA and peppered the rest of the world. The more life you have to live, the more at risk you are in, with the unborn and very young are at the most risk of all. What makes this even worse is that it will be compounded again and again for 1000’s generations to come as it bio-accumulates in our food chain.



We have been plunged into a world disaster of monumental proportions against an invisible, tasteless, odorless enemy that is immoral and knows no borders. It attacks from within the body over time leaving shortened life and genetic mutation in its wake. It infiltrates as we eat drink and breath but there are tools and methods that man possesses to defend against our new enemy, we just need to be aware and implement.

Since this disaster started, I have been studying the consequences of paste nuclear accidents as to get an idea of consequence of Fukushima and so far it contradicts what the government is saying; it’s safe. In short, Hot Particles (fuel fleas) and the Petkau Effect are very real and well documented but the government focuses on the standard LNT the external radiation standards of exposure, misleading the other threats of internal radiation.

What we have been told from mainstream media and the government is that we are safe and that levels of radiation are so low to have any effect on human health. We are not safe and our governments miss representation of the true health risks are making it worse. The west coast of BC and USA should have been evacuated when the nuclear reactors exploded and the rest of Canada should have been told to take precautions. Even today they don’t say anything about how we can take some easy preventive measures."

Fukushima workers sue Tepco over unpaid wages, reliance on contractors
The spate of legal activity is the latest blow for Tepco, which has been effectively nationalized and expects to spend more than $48 billion in compensation alone for the disaster that forced the evacuation of some 160,000 residents.

The lawsuit, filed by two current and two former Fukushima workers who wore masks to court to conceal their identities, claims that Tokyo Electric Power Co Inc and its contractors failed to ensure workers are paid promised hazard allowances, a court filing showed.

Workers at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant are planning to sue Tokyo Electric Power Company, demanding it pay wages suited for the dangerous work. Four male workers at a TEPCO subcontractor will file a lawsuit at the Iwaki branch of the Fukushima district court on Wednesday. The workers are doing plumbing work on tanks that store radioactive water at the plant. They say their wages are too low considering the risk of radiation exposure they face. The workers are demanding TEPCO pay each of them about 96-thousand dollars in compensation. They say their wages haven't changed even after TEPCO announced an increase in labor payments to subcontractors by around 96 dollars last November.

9/2/14 Lawyers call on TEPCO to accept settlements

Lawyers with the Japan Federation of Bar Associations told reporters on Monday that TEPCO is not honoring its promise to respect proposals from the Science Ministry's dispute settlement center. The ministry established the center in 2011 in order to mediate disputes between TEPCO and residents who have serious claims against the utility following the accident at the Fukushima plant. More than 8,000 cases have been settled since the center started accepting applications 3 years ago. But the lawyers said TEPCO have recently rejected a series of the center's settlement proposals. They include a class action suit filed by more than 15,000 residents of the town of Namie.

A JFBA lawyer in charge of compensation for the nuclear accident, Yuichi Kaido, said the center has had a significant meaning for restoring the rights of the victims of the Fukushima accident who cannot directly negotiate with TEPCO. But he said he is increasingly worried about the utility's response. He said TEPCO promised to respect settlement proposals in its business plan earlier this year. He said the firm is instead causing the residents further suffering by rejecting the offers.

According to Reuters and NHK, the nuclear workers provided evidence in court that there are four layers of subcontractors underneath the prime contractor at Fukushima. The workers are at the end of a cash skimming operation that takes a cut of the pay of each worker for each day's work. At the end of this line of contractors all lined up to cash in, the worker receives much less than the original amount promised.
