First she says ONLY THOSE WITH A WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM need a ‘booster’ jab. 

This same medical doctor then admits that ‘most’ people have an artificial jab produced 'immunity' to COVID-19 that ‘wanes’ about 6 months after first 2 jabs, which means she is admitting that everyone who got the jabs now have WEAKENED IMMUNE SYSTEMS, JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE ON CHEMO AND THOSE WHO GOT TRANSPLANTS AND WHO HAVE NO IMMUNE SYSTEM AT ALL.

She says OUR immune system ‘needs’ this ‘booster’ shot. Who is this OUR? Again, there is psychological manipulation and gaslighting going on here, pure and simple. Natural immunity is not mentioned, nor the benefits of it, compared to the artificial lab created jab.

She claims that ‘MOST’ of us are going to get a booster between 6 and 9 months after first jabs. Who is this MOST? The opposite is happening in real life.. Again, there is psychological manipulation and gaslighting going on here, as well as unethical 'boosting' the use of an illegal jab for those in non approved groups. 

She claims that this really helps BOOOOOSSSTTTT OUR immunity.. Again, there is psychological manipulation and gaslighting going on here, because these jabs actually do the opposite of this in actual real life studies. 

The first jab did not work to prevent infection, transmission, nor deaths in hospitals from COVID19. Then came the 2nd, 3rd, and now the 4th jab, which do not work any better than the first one. So what is the 4th one for? 


But wait a minute, didn’t doctors like Fauci promise a magic ‘cure’ for COVID-19, via an experimental jab, while everyone waited for a year in lockdown, as millions of small businesses were shut down? Promise broken.

But wait minute, didn’t they promise to ERADICATE COVID-19 with this ‘vaccine’? Promise broken.

Didn’t they promise to flatten the curve with just a 2 week lockdown? Promise broken.

Didn’t they promise that everything would go back to normal right many got jabbed? Promise broken.

Didn’t they promise to reduce the ‘cases’ by getting at least 70 percent jabbed? Promise broken, cases are going up in countries where 70 percent plus were jabbed. If this jab worked, they would be going DOWN, not UP?

Didn’t they promise that just one jab could protect a person for LIFE? Promise broken.

This doctor is admitting people need 4 jabs a year just to be able to gain ‘permission’ to leave the martial law declaration of anyone who did not get jabbed, needs to stay under house arrest, as is happening in Australia.


Didn’t they promise a ‘cure’ or treatment for COVID-19 via the 2 jabs? Promise broken. This jab is a total failure. The ‘boosters’ are all the evidence with any common sense or logic needs. No wonder the percentage of people getting the booster has dropped by half from the original 2 jabs.

Bottom line, the alleged ‘vaccine’ is causing problems that will continue to get worse in all directions the more jabs that are taken. Only 50 percent of those who got the first two jabs are getting a ‘booster’, due to the negative side effects, which doctors like this one for the most part, claim do not exist and cannot happen, ever. Then they may also refuse to report any vaccine injuries or deaths to VAERS.

Today, most of the world is caught in a vice trap of FEAR AND PANIC, which does not allow critical thinking, logic, rationality, common sense or intuition. The underlying FEAR and PANIC generates a fight or flight response, which takes control, because our very survival is at stake, or so our irrational fear 'tells' us. This largely UNCONSCIOUS FEAR hijacks us, traps us, and leads us astray, and forces us into making very bad decisions in all kinds of ways. 



The way out, is to not fight the fear but to go deeper into it. Ask questions and LABEL the fears, so that the fear is brought out into the light and is now less of a 'threat'. Integrate the fear or the dark side, with the light side, and accept the 'irrationality', or the 'insanity' of the fear, just as it is, and then move forward with a better path, chosen wisely, and not due to overwhelming fear.

WHAT DOES THE PRIMARY EMOTION OF FEAR AND ANGER GENERATE?

If a person is feeling either fear or anger as the most prevalent emotions at any given time, what is the result? 

Fear tends to generate anger

Anger tends to lead to hatred

Hatred tends to lead to projection

Projection leads to suffering

The suffering continues until the thoughts of fear, anger and hatred are released voluntarily through forgiveness or starting anew. A transformation is needed in order to get out of the trap of fear, hatred, and projection, which is self imposed.

The hatred or fear thoughts and emotions do not lead to relief from suffering but end up binding a person tighter and tighter in its grip, while increasing the suffering. To get out of this self imposed prison and trap requires that new, more positive and loving thoughts and new more positive joyful emotions have to be entered into and voluntarily accepted.

What Jon was pointing at is true for EVERYONE. No matter who a person is, if all they do is watch, read or listen to depressing, negative, fear or anger generating news, that will have an effect on any person, no matter how immune they claim to be from it. It is easy to become addicted to being fearful, angry, depressed or raging, doing nothing but watching the mass media news.

While reading any article or watching a video/movie on AGRP, it is not uncommon to have a negative emotional and/or thought reaction, because that is a natural response to seeing, hearing or reading new and potentially disturbing information that does not match previously held belief systems.

Positive changes can and are normally resisted or denied. The first response to a positive change may very well be anger, grief, sadness, depression, or fear. Denial is also common in response to positive changes. In other words, the positive change that is suggested is denied as being possible, so the person walks away from that change and denies it exists.

NORMALCY BIAS IS COMMON REACTION TO SEEING OR HEARING DISTURBING INFORMATION

When something does not match our sense of what is 'normal', most people commonly react with disbelief, and this is called the 'normalcy bias', or denial. If anything is 'different' than what we see and hear on the nightly news, it is 'threatening' and seems negative at first glance, so it is denied and pushed away. Everyone has this response, and it is normal, even when a large passenger ship is sinking, or when there is a huge nuclear disaster such as Fukushima. 

There is an invitation and gift being offered, in spite of the normalcy bias, and within this seeming negative reaction. The potential gift is available only by moving through the negative emotion and/or thoughts and experience a breakthrough paradigm shift.

EMOTIONAL RESPONSES TO CHANGE, FIVE STAGES OF GRIEF AFTER TRAUMA AND/OR LOSS


With any change one has to be prepared to feel one or more uncomfortable emotions and/or thoughts come up. Wouldn't you agree that it may be helpful to be prepared to deal with any negative emotions and then have the tools to be able to handle them in a very positive, empowering way, rather than become a victim of them?

It is common when confronted with new or different information to feel overwhelmed, grief, nervousness, anxiety, pain, loss, fear, anger, rage, guilt, sadness or any other range or mixtures of emotions. Many people suffer from PTSD as a result of childhood or adult trauma. This is the starting point. There is a gift within this seeming negativity. Are you ready to find the gift and then use it, with a goal of becoming a master of your emotions?

Of course, a person can always stay 'normal' and value appearances, rather than reality, which is what the mass media and the world teaches..

It’s not to anybody’s best interest to think about how they will be perceived tomorrow. It hurts you in the long run.

DENIAL/RESISTANCE

The most common reaction once these emotions come up is to walk away from any new and different information, and to avoid the people who are offering it. Avoiding anything different from 'normal' in the future is called fear, denial and/or resistance to reality, which is what is.

Keeping up appearances is what the world, the mass media, corporations, and our education system teaches for the most part. The message is; be normal, keep up appearances and ignore reality, because it is too painful and difficult. So just keep shopping and doing the 'normal' thing. Be happy, or pretend to be happy, while stuffing all of the feelings with all of the worldly appearance things.

There is a normal and expected response that humanity is taught, and most people then live that 'normal' for their whole lives. They may not even realize that they are trapped in a box of their own making. It is the extraordinary person that moves beyond this state of 'normal' and goes further, possibly even coming out of the box or dark cave, that they have been trapped in.

Are you one of those few people brave enough to go further, and shift that 'normal' paradigm into something that feels much better by creating and building a Green Road for yourself, that others can then follow? Continue on and build your green road, if you choose....

The denial, fear and resistance reaction is normal. Give yourself permission to go into denial or fear and walk away for now, but also give yourself permission to come back to this later, when you are ready. Denial is a defense mechanism that serves to protect us from something we are not prepared to handle and cannot cope with now. Why is this denial response normal? 

EVEN POSITIVE CHANGES THAT TRIGGER INTENSE POSITIVE EMOTIONS CAN TRIGGER BASIC ANIMAL FIGHT OR FLIGHT RESPONSE, WHICH ELIMINATES CRITICAL THINKING

When most people feel painful or uncomfortable emotions, they interpret those emotions as being dangerous and threatening, so they assume the mental position just the same as if they were the victim of an attack by a lion for example. A sudden shock or fright triggers the flight, fight or freeze response in animals. Humans are just like animals in this regard and have the same reactions. When uncomfortable emotions are triggered, people most commonly go into fight, flight or shock responses.

Change by most people is feared worse than death itself. Most people would rather die than change, even if that is a positive change. Thus, there is a huge resistance to positive change of any kind, with a huge investment in the status quo, the fear, and keeping up the appearance of 'normal', at all costs, including attacking the person who is bringing in new information that can help.

FEAR AND ANXIETY AS A NORMAL RESPONSE TO CHANGE


Flight equals fear and running away from the emotion triggering information. Fear means avoiding any change and the person associated with it, like the plague. This reaction is not healthy, unless one is close to a cliff and is in threat of falling over it. Experiencing fear when listening or seeing new and different information may be natural, but to avoid all of that new information from that point on, is not healthy.

Anxiety is the gap between the future and now. Instead of being in a future that may not happen and is not here yet, stay in the now, and just allow the information to be, without judgement, and without worry. Stay in your heart and in the moment.

Anxiety, extreme fear, panic attacks and other strange reactions can be the result of triggered extreme trauma or PTSD memories from such things as war or natural disasters, which are stored in a part of the brain that is designed to protect us from situations such as walking into caves where saber tooth tigers live. Any traumatic memory can be stored in the lizard brain, and it stays there, permanently.

There is a way out of this permanent storage of a memory in this part of the brain, and that is the good news. There is a way to delete this memory from the lizard brain and replace it with a positive memory instead. 

ANGER OR RAGE AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

Fight equals anger, which means justification for attacking the person providing the anger producing information, and blaming them personally somehow. Fear leads to anger.  In some cases, people have been killed due to offering information that is labeled in various negative ways. If information threatens the profit of an industry, fear is generated, which then leads automatically to anger, attack and revenge as a very common response.

Triggering a PTSD memory, as in the case of a returning war veteran, can result in reliving a past memory, with very negative results. In one case, two veterans took their buddy who suffered from PTSD to a gun range, where the shots fired triggered a severe PTSD reaction and he ended up shooting his veteran buddies and himself in the process. Be very careful with 'triggers' from such things as war trauma, as they can have very negative and severe consequences, as part of the automatic fight, flight or freeze response.

FREEZING/GETTING STUCK AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

The normal response to change is fight, flight or freeze. Freezing in a certain mind set is a normal reaction to hearing, seeing or experiencing something out of the ordinary.

Freeze equals shock and/or being stuck in whatever emotion is produced. That emotion and/or shock can become so overwhelming that life is affected in a negative way. It is not uncommon for people to get so depressed that they literally cannot sleep, eat, or work.

Many people when confronted with new and disturbing information to their sense of normal, is to go into a fatalism mode.. Everything seems to be getting worse, we are all going to die, so why should I go to work, pay taxes, or even live anymore? Freezing, or being in 'stuck' or catatonic mode, where nothing seems to matter anymore, is a common reaction to trauma and may also be a part of PTSD.

One animal world example would be a zebra, being attacked by a lion. In some cases it will just stand still and letting the lion eat them. The zebra is still alive young and healthy, but it does not ever try to run away or fight at all. Underneath the fatalism, is also a fear, which is paralyzing, and it is a 'normal' part of the fight, flight or freeze response. If someone quits responding after a traumatic response, they are either in shock and/or they are in this 'freeze' mode, which is a natural response.

DEPRESSION AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

The freezing and then having depressing types of feelings can also have roots in a childhood abuse situation of not being able to change a situation that is painful, feeling helpless, and withdrawing inside while feeling negative emotions such as depression. This helplessness emotional response as an adult is not healthy, but it can be triggered by any information that we feel is outside of our immediate control and we cannot do anything about it.

Instead of staying stuck inside of this negative emotional spiral that can last for a very long time, acknowledge the feeling and thank your inner child for trying to protect you. Now move beyond that feeling by closing your eyes, and seeing that fearful, depressed inner child in your arms. Love that inner child, and nurture it, play with it, and show it that you have unconditional love for it, (which is a part of you).  Repeat this process often.  Wait and watch as the child comes out of the depression. The goal is that the child returns the love and turns into a happy, in the moment child again. Doing inner child work with a therapist or counselor is recommended if your childhood was full of trauma of any kind.

PROJECTION AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

Another common negative emotional reaction to change is to project your negative emotions onto others. If we feel fear or anger, we project that fear and/or anger onto others, rather than being responsible for that feeling within ourselves and managing that emotional reaction of fear and/or anger internally.

If we do not know how to manage our emotions in a healthy way, we tend to project that emotion outwards onto those who are triggering those emotions within us. Many men are trained to feel only ONE emotion; anger/rage. All other emotions are labeled dangerous, because they indicate weakness, which is not allowed in men, so they must be stuffed and ignored, at all costs, or the emotion must be changed into rage/anger.

This avoidance technique is subtle and may even be unconscious. It may take the form of attacking your partner, loved ones, or fellow members in a group for things that are not there, or over something that is there only in such a small quantity that it does not justify such a huge emotional response and angry attack.

ADDICTION AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

Another common reaction to feeling uncomfortable emotions is to react and then act out in unhealthy addictive patterns, such as drinking, drugging, over eating, shopping, gambling, or whatever. STORED TRAUMA IN THE LIZARD BRAIN CAN AND DOES TRIGGER ALL KINDS OF SNOWBALLS

The snowball effect of PTSD
When I watch something on TV that is triggering to PTSD it is not the same as a smell trigger or a flashback. Something different happens. I get hot. My face feels flushed and I can’t feel my legs. I immediately feel like I’m going to throw up and pass out. When I first saw this movie it was 25 years before I even knew what the PTSD symptoms were. I had no idea why I was so shaken. Seeing this preview to this movie was the first part of the snowball.

I went to sleep last night telling myself “stop thinking about that movie” and that didn’t work so I completely distracted myself. I watched comedies until 4 am when I finally fell asleep. Then the nightmares came. Second part of the snowball. My nightmare was a post apocalyptic one.

Nightmares about death or destruction, extreme states of anxiety, body twitches, feeling hot or cold, feeling numb, and much more can all be signs of a stored lizard brain trauma being 'triggered'. Since humans are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual beings, anything can happen on any of these levels in all kinds of combinations. 

The more trauma is stored, the higher the odds get of triggering one or more traumas, sometimes without even being aware of the 'trigger'. Nightmares and not being able to sleep can become a common thing. Not being able to leave the house or do normal everyday things, or becoming depressed are all huge red warning flags to seek out and get help.

Some people have been taught to be so perfect, that if anything comes up that shows that they are not perfect, it threatens their sense of normalcy so much, that they react in unhealthy emotional ways, including unhealthy eating, acting out, emotional reactions, addictions to alcohol, drugs, etc.

The sense of trying to be perfect, whether that is in a way of living, eating or being emotionally is dangerous if there is not a balance of just having fun and allowing yourself to be and feel like a child, in the moment. Trying to 'control' all aspects of life, thoughts, feelings and circumstances is very close to impossible, but some people try to maintain control over everything and everyone. When that fails, they should all over themselves and experience lots of negative, uncontrollable and negative emotions, that can get really intense and last a long time.

Instead of trying too hard, relax and let go. Surrender your life, your thoughts, your emotions into the flow of life. Feel emotions as they go through but don't try to resist them, or control them. Just allow them to be and flow through.. Relax and have some fun every day, even in some simple small way, just like a child. Focus on that moment of just being innocent, childlike and playing or creating something, like drawing a picture, swinging on a swing set, playing with a dog, or whatever comes up that is fun for you. Make sure to feed your inner child so that it stays healthy with fun, light activities, and talking with it inside of yourself, as in the above example.

Bottom line, no one is perfect and never will be. In a paradoxical way though, despite our imperfection, we are actually perfect, because we all have an inner divine spark within us. So if we focus on that perfection within, the divine light or essence, we can have perfection in this life, via meditation and/or visualization for example. Meditation is also a good exercise to slow down the thoughts and move more into the peace of just being, which is the opposite of trying harder and harder to become more perfect via the ego and the human willpower alone, but separate from Spirit.

Trying to be perfect may mean working to exhaustion. When doing this, there may be no time for the soul to catch up. Take a break and go on a silent retreat, where the soul can catch up to you. Take a day, a weekend or a week off and just be in silence.

Go inside and see what your soul needs. Ask what may be blocking you from your greatest joy, your greatest peace, creativity or your greatest love? What is blocking you from being in or giving back to community? Listen and wait.. for the still small voice of your soul to speak to you.

Everyone is cracked and imperfect, just like the Liberty Bell. Allow the imperfection, because that is where the light comes in. Don't hide your imperfection, because it is part of what makes you unique and different. 

GRIEF  AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

Articles on AGRP may trigger grief, as any changing situation or trauma may also.

NORMALCY BIAS, COGNITIVE DISSONANCE  AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE


Many people's reaction to the information on AGRP is to believe that it cannot be true. So the average person's response when hearing something really different, is to deny it completely, and then label it all a conspiracy theory, made up by wild eyed fanatics. The assumption is made of evil intent, bent on deceiving innocent people, who are just trying to be normal and fit in, like everyone else. No one else is talking about this kind of stuff, so it cannot be normal or true. This reaction is also natural and normal, and a large part of any group experiences it, in any difficult situation, such as a ship sinking for example.

After all, the world seems to still be operating normally, so none of this information on AGRP can be true. Mass media TV confirms this 'normalcy' reaction. The mass media for example labels all scientists that talk about global warming being real as fakers and charlatans. But are they really all fakers and quacks?

 CORPORATE 'NORMALISM' AS A RESPONSE TO CHANGE

Normalcy bias is expressed in large groups as resistance to change and denial. Part of this bias is combined with the desire to keep the power/profit structure in place with no change.

The denial reaction is also called the normalcy bias or cognitive dissonance. 

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF YOUR EMOTIONS


Again, all of the above emotional reactions are normal, but the emotions themselves can be moved through fairly rapidly. It important to understand that no one has to become a victim of their emotions. We do not have to let emotions take control of us, or our lives.  

The first step is that we first become aware that they are happening. 

The second step is to experience the emotion(s) fully, without judgement, resistance or victim mentality. 

Third. we need to know we can move through these emotions without becoming trapped victims of those emotions, no matter what they are or how intense they get.

MONITOR BREATHING


Remember while reading or watching information on AGRP, that it can be very stressful, so it important to not get stressed any more than you have to. A very simple technique that can be used is to be aware of your breathing. Are you breathing in very shallow or are you breathing all the way down to your stomach?

During stress, our breath tends to get shallow.. Focus on your breath and do some deep diaphragm breathing while you are reading and watching material on AGRP. Your stomach should be moving in and out in a visible way. This will help counter any stress response, and help you keep more calm and centered. Put your hand on your stomach to help you monitor your deep breathing.

SIMPLE BREATHING EXERCISE TO REDUCE FEAR AND ANXIETY

To reduce anxiety or fear quickly, do some deep abdominal breathing technique and add the following to it.

Breath into your abdomen to the count of 1.
Hold your breath to the count of 4.
Breath out to the count of 2.

Repeat for as long as needed, until you feel better. (check with your doctor or health professional to make sure it is ok with him/her first)

How do you feel now? You may very well be feeling much less anxiety or fear. This is a basic technique to help you become a master of your emotions, and it can be used anytime, anywhere.

WALKING

Walking is very balancing and helps balance out negative emotional states. As you walk become aware of your breathing. Breathe deeply, all the way down to your belly. Breathe in harmony with your steps. Swing your arms and move as briskly as you can. Walking helps to move energy and release negative emotions. 

The walking technique not only helps balance emotions, it also helps build health, improve immune function and stimulates endorphins. Practice walking and combine this with affirmations, acupressure or walking meditations for even greater positive impact. 

SACRED CIRCLES

Gathering in sacred circles helps to balance a person and relieves stress. A men's or women's group, or a 12 step group can provide huge amounts of support, especially for those dark days. Remember to reach out and ask for help from the group that you attend. Don't try to walk the path of life alone and isolated.

BECOME MORE AWARE OF YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE THROUGH BODY SCANNING


First of all, most people are stuck in their minds and cannot even really, truly feel their emotions. To get out of the mind and feel emotions, try this exercise.

First, do some deep belly breathing, and close your eyes. Scan your body internally, and FEEL what it feels like starting with your toes on your left foot. How do they feel? Cold, hot, warm, happy, sad, painful, or whatever.. Now move up your leg and scan ankle, knee, muscles, bones, all the way to the hip. Repeat this for the whole body, taking about a minute to scan your whole body. Identify where any feelings are; including any pain. All we are doing here is feeling our feelings, and not staying in our heads with our thoughts. Don't judge the feelings, just notice and feel them, if they are there anywhere in your body. 

In areas where there is pain, let the pain be, but go deeper. Can you feel any emotion inside the pain? Ask the pain to teach you a lesson, and/or offer you a gift. Ask if there is a memory and/or emotion associated with the pain?  Feel that feeling, or remember that memory and dig into deeper with a therapist that knows what to do with this. If you got this far, and got a feeling or memory associated with pain, you just experienced a paradigm shift. That is the first step into another reality.. 

ASK FOR HELP VIA PRAYER

There is a lot of help out there, just waiting for you to tap into it. Prayer works even if a person is alone. If you are dealing with a difficult, negative emotional situation, ask for help. One way to get personal help is with a prayer partner.

ASK FOR HELP FROM WISE ELDERS


Another way to get help is via an elder wisdom council. Elders are just waiting to be asked to help out with wisdom that applies to your situation.

MOVE THROUGH EMOTIONS WITH WATERFALL EXERCISE


A more advanced technique to move through emotions after reading any article or pieces of it, is to sit in a quiet place, with your hands on your lap, but not crossed. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Now imagine a waterfall scene in a tropical paradise and you are walking underneath the waterfall or sitting near one.

Listen to the water wash over you, and as this warm water flows over you or near you, imagine the water carrying away the uncomfortable emotions, but feel them fully as these emotions move through, without any resistance to them. If you feel like crying, cry. If you feel like shouting, shout, and let it all go... Be like a child. A child cries when it is sad, but when it is done being sad, it has released all sadness and is now happy.

Of course, the more you are in water in this world, the more healing there will be; saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, hot baths, ocean, streams, rivers, lakes, streams are all healing places. The more time you spend in or around clean water, the better your emotional state of health will tend to be. We are after all, more or less made up of water. 

AN EMOTIONAL RELEASE TECHNIQUE, VIA MOVING ENERGY


Another technique you can use to move through emotions is to either walk or sit still as above and with each breath in, imagine breathing in love from above and have it move through your body into the ground, charging and washing every cell in your body with love energy. With each breath out, imagine gratitude rising out of the ground, moving through you and up through the top of your head, in the same way as the love did.

Focus on deep breathing, and keep the flow going, back and forth. Walking helps get the rhythm going and is very balancing all by itself. Combining walking with this exercise makes it work that much better. The love and gratitude flowing back and forth, will help move the uncomfortable emotional energy through and out of the body. 

Now that you have some techniques to handle emotions, move energy and not become a victim of your emotions, let's dive into an article on AGRP, ok? If you just read just one part of an article, and leave the rest for later, that is ok. Don't feel like you have to read a very long article or watch the whole 1 hour movie in one sitting. Do only what you feel comfortable with and come back to it later, and bite off another chunk. You can eat an elephant, but just do it one bite at a time, at a comfortable pace...

How we deal with them can make all the difference. There is a way to deal with emotions other than with drugs or unhealthy reactions.
In China, people use acupuncture or acupressure as a basis for healing, rather than first reaching for drugs or something else. In the video, Dr. Jowdy explains how using acupressure, a phobia that had resisted 18 months of treatment via standard medical drugs and psychotherapy, disappeared overnight. He says that the cause of any negative emotion that continues for longer than a brief period is due to the disruption of the energy system. Negative emotions are NOT caused by the memory of a past traumatic experience, but it is caused by a trigger formed by a past experience. The root cause of long term negative emotions is in the energy system, so it has to be changed.

So how can we release this trigger?

How are negative emotions caused?

Step 1; you have a distressing memory.
Step 2; you have a disruption in your energy system due to a trigger
Step 3; The trigger can be taken away, and have a positive one put in it's place, using acupressure.

Negative emotions do not have to be suffered from long term. There is an answer to negative emotions that are holding you back from your heart's passion and a very positive potential future. With this material and tools above, you may decide to face your fears, rather than resisting them or covering them up with drugs, addictions, etc.. Try one of the above to let go of negative emotions to create a better future, not just for yourself but for all of humanity. If you are facing huge traumas, get help from a trained mental health counselor, as there may be a risk. If you misuse it you may cause harm, so find a licensed trained individual. 

Fear, stuck trauma memories, PTSD and other negative emotions will only hold you back and prevent a positive, green, sustainable future as long you allow it. Moving past these negative emotions, and letting them go via some of the techniques above is the key to success, not only for yourself, your family, your relationships but also the key to a bright and sustainable future for all of humanity.
