When a nation is focusing on excessive amounts of fear, it does things that compromise democracy, eliminate freedoms and do things that are counter to peaceful, harmonious co-existence. The NDAA is an example of the kinds of laws that are passed when a nation is ruled by fear instead of by love.

The NDAA gives the 'authorities' the power to 'detain' any US citizen, for no reason, for as long they want, at any location desired, including Guantanamo or foreign torture prisons. Innocent US citizens have already been 'detained' and tortured via this unconstitutional 'law'. The Congressmen who voted for this law said they did not even read it, but that is par for the course. No one ever reads what the law actually says, before they pass it. Congress is much like a used car salesperson saying; just sign here, and don't bother to read the contract.

US IS BECOMING LIKE AN APARTMENT BUILDING WITH DIFFERENT SECTIONS FOR DIFFERENT CLASSES OF PEOPLE


The US is acting more like a military garrison, staffed by a paranoid dictator, who is told what to do by people living on the top floor of a HUGE apartment building. This apartment building has elevators, but none of them work, and it has no stairs. The stairs were all barricaded and cemented over by the 1% living at the top, because they are afraid of everyone else.

TOP FLOOR 


In the apartment building, the top floor is gated and has armed guards patrolling it; it is inhabited by the richest 1%. The average person living on this floor makes 300-3000 times what anyone else in the building makes. They have NOTHING to do with the lower floors. In the 1960's, the people living here only made 3 times what the people living below them made.



They have catered meals flown in by helicopters. They have live in full time doctors and nurses, maids, butlers and servants who do everything that is needed for their lives of luxury, and keep them free from want and contact with any of the other floors. 

They have nothing but the best, deluxe heating, lighting, and clean environments subsidized by the lower floors via corporate welfare and/or entitlement payments, either by military no bid contracts, or subsidies that they convince the middle floors to pay for, for their 'own good'.

People on this floor do not have to work. They hire others, who make all of the profits that end up going to people living on these top floors. These 1% make money off of the labor of others, or from interest charged on loans, or from 'dividends'.  Thus they never have to leave their ivory tower castles on the top floor. They do most of their deeds in secret rooms, behind closed doors, and no one outside of their small group really knows much about what they are really doing.

THE MIDDLE FLOORS


The middle floors are inhabited by the middle class who work for the people on the upper floors. 25% are unemployed and 50% are sick, due to chemicals, mold, asbestos, radiation, GMO's, and more. Many of the people here must work two jobs and leave their kids home alone to survive. The middle floors are often dark and dank. TVs blare 1% top floor propoganda 24 hours a day.

The programming that the rest of the floors watch is decided on by the people living on the top floor. Only certain top floor friendly shows and programming is allowed on the air, because the top floor inhabitants 'own' the media.

THE LOWER 20 FLOORS


The lower 20 floors are inhabited by the poor, who are often living without heat, light, water, and rooms are subject to constant flooding. Toilets constantly overflow and the drinking water is full of asbestos fibers, drug residues, cancer causing substances and lead from old plumbing systems. The poor often need 3 to 4 jobs to survive and kids are left alone because there is no money for babysitting. Many children are abused because they are left alone. Their apartments are full of lead paint, asbestos, chemicals, and more to a more severe degree than the middle floors. The apartments are wet, paint is peeling off the walls. These floors are full of mold, and food served here is often devoid of all nutrition, which makes many of the residents sick, low energy, depressed and unable to think clearly. Most people on the middle floors are on drugs of some kind which dull the senses and reduce the ability to think clearly.

FIRST FLOOR AND BASEMENTS


The first floor and 5 basement levels are full of homeless people and children who get nothing. Any middle floor inhabitants who lose their jobs end up here. There is no heat, no water, no food, no medical care, no basic services. Toilets are stopped up and not functioning. There are no jobs, no telephones and no way to get out. Illegal drugs, contract murder, mafia membership and prostitution are the only way to make money. There is no protection for anyone living here and no one to call if abused or harmed. Laws put in place by the 1% make all of the things done on this level illegal, so if you are caught doing anything that makes money, you go to prison. If you are caught being 'homeless', you are sent to prison. There are no stores to buy anything healthy. Only unhealthy items are sold here. Everything is double or quadruple the normal price that the middle and upper floors pay, and interest payments are 1,000% - 4,000 % if and when you can get a loan.

LOWEST 5 BASEMENT LEVELS, FULL OF MOISTURE, DANKNESS AND DARKNESS


The lower 5-10 basement levels are prisons, for those who are caught for being homeless, doing drugs, prostitution, or other modes of making money when poor or homeless. There is no way out, and torture is the only thing to look forward to. Isolation cells are full of people deemed 'dangerous', and they stay there for many years. NDAA laws makes objecting to the way things are illegal, so anyone complaining is sent to prison. Anyone who does not work hard enough, is sent to prison.

Half of the basement prison level is 'privatized'. All money earned by prisoners in these for profit prisons is used to pay off prison debts for food, water and 'rent', plus restitution to the 1% who own the prisons. No one ever gets out of debt or leaves these for profit prisons, because that would mean a loss of profits for the 1% owners.
