Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. says, “As a nation, we can no longer pretend our trusted agencies are protecting our children. It is time to hold federal agencies accountable.”

WASHINGTON, D.C., Feb. 11, 2019—In response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, the FDA has admitted, for the first time, that government agencies, including the CDC, are recommending vaccines for pregnant women that have neither been licensed for pregnant mothers by the FDA nor tested for safety in clinical trials.

The lawsuit, filed by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) attorney, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on behalf of Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), a vaccine safety advocacy group, sought all clinical trial data used by FDA to approve influenza vaccines for pregnant women.

The FDA’s terse reply: “We have no records responsive to your requests.”

The manufacturers of flu and Tdap vaccines warn against their use for pregnant mothers since their safety has never been established. Package inserts state that it is “not known” whether the vaccines “will harm an unborn baby” and there are “insufficient data” on use in pregnant women to inform vaccine-associated risks.

FDA regulations strictly prohibit pharmaceutical companies from marketing products for “off-license” uses. Noncompliant companies are routinely prosecuted criminally and civilly, paying billions in lawsuits and settlements.

The CDC nevertheless has actively recommended influenza vaccination during any trimester of pregnancy since 2004 and has told pregnant women to get Tdap shots (for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) since 2011.

The FDA is responsible for vaccine safety and licensing, but, in the just-released court documents, it admits that it has no safety data to back up the pregnancy recommendations. FDA’s website states that it has never formally approved any vaccines “specifically for use during pregnancy to protect the infant.”

FLU VACCINE LABEL SAYS THERE ARE NO STUDIES SHOWING THAT THE VACCINE EVEN WORKS AT ALL, SO WHY IS IT STILL BEING SOLD AND MARKETED WITH HEAVY PRESSURE FROM DOCTORS AND NURSES? 

The placebo effect is about 30 percent effective. In other words, if you inject sterile water with nothing in it, about 30 percent positive effect will be seen, just because people believe that this water had something powerful in it. 


The flu vaccine at best has shown a 2 to 5 percent percent positive result, but that is BELOW THE 30 PERCENT PLACEBO EFFECT. Any truly non vaccine industry impartial and neutral study would call the flu vaccine totally worthless and useless.

More than being useless, the flu vaccine also carries with it all of the negative side effects that are part of any artificial man made drug, including death.

Wow. I have studied the influenza vaccine for years and I know that there is not one study that has shown the flu vaccine very effective for preventing the flu. Is this something new?

I pulled the study and read it. Here’s what I found.

The study included 5,806 healthy 6-35-months-olds. More than 5,400 were randomized to two doses of the quadrivalent vaccine (Fluzone) or placebo . The trial was conducted in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa between March 2014 and September 2016. The incidence of any laboratory-confirmed strain of influenza illness during the period from 14 days post-vaccination to the end of the flu season was 1.01% in the Fluzone group and 3.28% in those who received the placebo.

How did they get the 69% efficacy rate? They used the relative risk statistical analysis by simply dividing 1.01 into 3.28. When I lecture to health care professionals about statistics, I tell them that the relative risk analysis is used by the Big Pharma Cartel to make a poorly performing drug or therapy look better than it actually is. Relative risk analysis should never be used when making clinical decisions about whether to prescribe a drug or therapy. Sadly, most doctors and other health care professionals have no knowledge about how to properly review a medical study because they do not understand statistics.

The more accurate way to determine the effectiveness of the flu vaccine in this study (and all other studies as well) is to use the absolute risk difference. In the Fluzone study, the absolute risk difference between the Fluzone and the placebo group was 2.27% (3.28%-1.01%). That means that Fluzone was nearly 98% ineffective in preventing the flu as there was only a 2.27% benefit received for those who were vaccinated. In other words, this study showed that injecting Fluzone failed nearly 98%–they received no protection from the flu.

Now let's look at the HARM that vaccines cause, because we have proven that flu vaccines don't work as advertised, correct?

If any medicine or vaccine works less than 30 percent of the time in a positive way, then that is below the placebo effect. If something gets less than 30 percent positive result, it would be better to inject sterile water or give that person a sugar pill. Vaccines for flu have been shown to have about a 1 to 4 percent positive result. What does that mean? Giving a placebo would be much better than giving a vaccine, because a placebo would get a 30 percent positive result.

Allowing people to die from disease would be more humane, and more cost effective too. The downside of this kind of system that relies on the big pharma business to decide on whether a parent 'deserves' a damage payment is like asking the fox to guard the henhouse.

The legal system is set up so that lawyers can prove in court whether a company deliberately caused harm. Lawyers can prove in court whether purity or safety standards were ignored in manufacturing. Lawyers can work together and talk with each other to find out if there is a pattern of misconduct by a certain company compared to other companies through their investigation work. By taking lawyers out of the picture, none of this investigative work is done.

The 'free market' of consumers demanding just compensation for harm caused in a free and open court system where justice is served, is gone. Instead, the Big Pharma system has rigged the system so that THEY get to decide if anyone gets money, and how much.

How does a harmed victim prove to this court that they were harmed? The harmed consumer has no one on their side. They have no way to do an investigation. They have no way to call in expert witnesses. They have no way to uncover dirt inside of a corrupt corporation. There is no way to clean up a system or a company that is doing wrong.

There is NO incentive to investigate or report via transparent methods on vaccine negative side effects. There is no way to get a report on which company has the best track record, or the worst, when it comes to vaccines they make.

There is no way to PROVE that a vaccine CAUSED a SIDS death for example. It could have been a random chance event. So payment is denied. Sorry about that.

I was astonished and not a little perturbed to find that when you draw a graph of the death rate from whooping cough that starts in the mid nineteenth century, you can clearly see that at least 99 percent of the people who used to die of whooping cough in the nineteenth and early twentieth century had stopped dying before the vaccine against whooping cough was introduced, initially in the 1950s and universally in the 1960s.

I also realized that the reason the Department of Health’s graphs made the vaccine appear so effective was because they didn’t start until the 1940s when most of the improvements in health had already occurred, and this was before even antibiotics were generally available. If you selected only deaths in under-15-year-olds, the drop was even more dramatic – by the time whooping cough vaccine was part of the universal immunization schedule in the early 1960s all the hard work had been done.

I now began to realize that graphs such as those featured in the Department of Health Green Book were not a good or clear way of showing the changes in mortality (death) and morbidity (incidence of disease) that occurred before and after vaccination was introduced against these diseases.

Measles is similar: the Department of Health Green Book features a graph that does not start until the 1940s. There appears to be great drop in the number of cases after the measles vaccine was introduced in 1968, but looking at a graph which goes back to the 1900s you can see that the death rate – death being the worst-case complication of a disease – had dropped by 99 percent by the time the vaccine was put on the schedule.

Looking specifically at under-15-year-olds, it is possible to see that there was a virtual 100 percent decline in deaths from measles between 1905 and 1965 – three years before the measles vaccine was introduced in the UK. In the late 1990s there was an advertisement for MMR which featured a baby in nappies sitting on the edge of a cliff with a lion prowling on the other side and a voice-over saying, “No loving parent would deliberately leave their baby unprotected and in danger.”

Harvard-Westlake, which has campuses in Studio City and Beverly Crest, was hit particularly hard, with 30 students coming down with whooping cough since November, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Of about 1,600 students attend Harvard-Westlake, where tuition is close to $40,000 a year, only 18 opted out of vaccinations for medical reasons. None of the 30 students who contracted whooping cough were not vaccinated.

In other words, all of the vaccinated kids got sick with whooping cough, and all of the kids who did not vaccinate against this disease, stayed well and healthy.

Secondary vaccine failure is guaranteed with every vaccine, because none of them grant a person lifetime immunity. All immunity from vaccines is temporary, lasting anywhere from 1 to 10 years maximum.

MS – Multiple sclerosis is a demyelinating disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged. This damage disrupts the ability of parts of the nervous system to communicate, resulting in a range of signs and symptoms, including physical, mental, and sometimes psychiatric problems.
