CIA Secret Global U2 Spy Plane And Robot Drone War, Results In Violation Of Sovereign Nations, Violation of US Citizen's Constitutional Rights, And Violation Of UN Human Rights Agreements; Ten Issues Detailed Around Drone Assassinations/Murders

The U2 spy planes flown by the CIA over any country in the world were bad enough. No one questions the fact that the CIA did very risky things while doing illegal sovereign nation overflights and taking pictures.


DESPITE DOING IT FOR MANY YEARS WITH NO ONE CALLING THE US ON IT, SPY PLANES AND DRONE SPY ROBOTS IN THE AIR VIOLATE SOVEREIGN NATION BORDERS, ARE AN LEGITIMATE REASON TO DECLARE WAR ON NATION DOING THIS ILLEGAL ACT


CIA U2 spy planes crossed over and violated well known international agreed upon borders, just because they could and get away with it. Just doing an overflight could be deemed sufficient grounds for declaring war, because no nation knows if a plane is carrying a high altitude EMP weapon that will be the prelude to a full scale nuclear war. 

These overflights raised the risk of war and heightened Cold War type of tensions between countries; even the CIA admits this much in their preface of a U2 book that they put out.

US drone strikes are creating many new terrorists, via the children watching the skies above, being very afraid and then growing up to take revenge against this injustice, sovereign nation 'invasion' and virtual 'occupation' via the skies.

Everyone knows that just about anything can be gotten used to, much like the story about the frogs in a pot of water not jumping out, if one raises the temperature bit by bit until they are boiling. The CIA is like that. They can slowly escalate what they are doing and how they are doing it, providing a slow raising of the water temperature until is in full boil.

The CIA spying program by flying over countries illegally through violations of sovereign airspace has now devolved into robot drones with bombs flying over those same foreign countries. Would the US tolerate this kind of thing? Obviously not. If Russia or China were flying robot drones armed with bombs and assassinating people in the street or at church, there would either be a war declared, or there would be heads rolling somewhere.

These bomb carrying robot drones can theoretically be armed with any kind of bomb, including a nuclear bomb. Currently the CIA is using these drones to assassinate people and bomb whatever target is deemed necessary, without any court of law, without any formal charges, and with no court involvement; including against US citizens. Getting assassinated without any court, judge, trial or jury is bad enough, but killing innocent people and including US citizens in this unconstitutional program is beyond the pale. This same program has been announced by the 'authorities' to be legal in the US as well, if necessary.

JUST BECAUSE A NATION HAS NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS, DOES NOT MEAN US CAN INVADE OR ATTACK IT WITH IMPUNITY AND FACE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES, SUCH AS ANOTHER NATION GIVING THAT ATTACKED NATION NUCLEAR WEAPONS TO DEFEND ITSELF

Pat Buchanan: 300 nukes in Israel yet Iran a threat?

Islamic wars have brought questionable benefit to the US over the last 20 years, former US presidential advisor Pat Buchanan, author of Suicide of a Superpower, shared with RT. ­A new war in the Middle East will be a disaster for the US and for the world economy, he says. "I opposed the Desert Storm operation in 1991 cleaning Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait because, I said, 'This would only be the first Arab-American war.'" Looking at the number of conflicts in the Islam world that America is taking part in now, one cannot but admit that Buchanan was right 20 years ago. 

"You cannot replicate the Middle West in the Middle East," Pat Buchanan concluded. From the time of the Cold War the US has military bases all over the world. Today, running a budget deficit of 10 per cent of its GDP, America simply cannot afford to continue "to carry this enormous burden, defending 40 or 50 countries around the world," 

Buchanan says, "We have to bring troops home." Getting rid of these bases essentially means dismantling the American Empire to help the US survive beyond 2025. America's crusade under the banner of ending tyranny in the world is "utterly utopian".

3 US CITIZENS HAVE BEEN ASSASSINATED SO FAR, WITHOUT JUDGE, JURY, TRIAL OR EVEN CHARGES; HOW MANY WILL BE ASSASSINATED FOR THIS IS CALLED A HALT TO?


Doesn't anyone else have problems with a secret CIA program that allows the CIA (through a branch of the US military) to assassinate anyone (including US citizens) that they feel like via a drone, anywhere in the world? According to Reuters, 3 US citizens have been 'taken out' assassinated by secret CIA drones in foreign countries. There is no legal basis for killing US citizens without a trial, jury and charges, other than some vague claim by the CIA, and/or by the military. The number of drone based assassination attacks in many foreign nations is accelerating, compared to the number authorized under President Bush. 

There is a supposed ban on 'assassinations' by the US government, but many civilians and/or government/religious figures are killed by drone strikes. We now have an 'assassination czar' in the White House. Information on who to assassinate comes from 'intelligence' based in foreign countries such as Saudi Arabia or Pakistan. Could these sources have hidden motives for 'taking out' their political opponents, or getting rid of freedom fighting dissidents? How would the drone operators know the difference? Even if by some miracle, President Obama only takes out 'justified' terrorist targets, what prevents the next President from using drones to take out political opponents in foreign countries, or dissidents who oppose US policy in foreign lands? 

The US claims to be about freedom and democracy, but quite often does exactly the opposite. Assassinations of democratically elected leaders and coups initiated to take over governments of democratic countries is common.

The US has no problem with installing US friendly dictators via the CIA as a common, almost daily happening, and it is just another normal day of operations for the CIA. The bomb carrying drones are just another way to make an assassination happen, in a secret, non transparent process, that no one can review, other than a closed small circle of people that everyone has to trust absolutely, with this absolute power over life and death of people all over the globe.

Supposedly, drones allow for 'pinpoint' strikes that kill only the intended target, but in reality, there are many more civilian casualties than if some country went in and arrested that person as one example. 

President Obama has temporarily halted (but did not reverse) illegal anti Geneva Convention torture policies implemented under President Bush. Assassination drone attacks are radically increasing in number, and so are the numbers of collateral civilian deaths caused by them. Bottom line, torture, assassinations, and illegal flights over foreign countries with drones that are armed with bombs is all ok in this 'new' CIA reality that has been created.

ISIS is a terrible scourge, waging a misguided war on the world. Bastardizing the Islamic faith to murder, torture, and terrorize, ISIS has to be fought – on many fronts. But The New York Times’ editorial board says that Congress is “refusing to do its duty,” by not formally authorizing a war on ISIS. The NYT wants Congress to authorize the fight against ISIS as a new war so the US can put even more boots on the ground in Syria, but on which side? Ring of Fire's Josh Gay discusses this.

There are many issues around the use of 'secret' drone spying and bombing missions inside of a 'war on terror'. ARG lists just a few of them below;

1. The first issue is one of violation of airspace and sovereign rights to that airspace. Pakistan keeps saying that the US should stop doing secret spying and/or drone assassination in their airspace, but the US keeps doing it. Iran has been and probably still is being flown over without permission, as are many other countries. Who has this 'list' of approved violations of foreign airspaces by 'drones' or spyplanes, and who is approving this?



2. The second issue is that a majority of the civilians living in each country are enraged by these drone bombing strikes, whenever and where they may happen. The common civilian casualties caused by drone strikes end up being front page news across the whole nation involved. 

This front page news of US bombing of innocent civilians causes negative publicity for the US, and positive publicity for anti-American, anti-democratic foreign political/religious groups. The response of each bombing by drones is a growth of anti-American sentiment. The USA cannot afford more negative sentiment at this point in time. 

3. This negative coverage around civilians being killed by drones only serves to foster the growth of anti-American feelings. These negative feelings then serve as a recruitment tool for terrorists worldwide.


The very tool designed to 'take out' terrorists only serves to recruit and grow the ranks of terrorists worldwide. The drone policy results in a long term 'blowback' of growing terrorists, which is exactly the opposite intention of the drone program, correct? This issue is not even disputed by US government or military authorities. Why not? Could it be that growing terrorists is a good for the profits of the military industrial complex, with all of their no bid war profiteering?

Any violation of air space by a foreign nation is theoretically an open declaration of war, especially if that plane is a military one. That nation has the RIGHT to shoot it down, without asking any questions. What happened in Iran with a US war plane violating sovereign air space over a foreign nation, is just one of many examples not reported by the majority of the mass media...

What if this plane had been shot down? 

Would it have started a war, potentially nuclear? 

4. The fourth issue is that at present the US is probably the ONLY country in the world using drones over other foreign countries AND assassinating people without trial, jury and judge. These US spy and bomb drones are flying over foreign sovereign territory, more often than not without permission of the nation involved. As an example, a drone recently crashed in IRAN, which is currently under severe pressure to eliminate any nuclear program. What happens when the Iranians duplicate it, and use it on the US, in the same way that it was used on them?

Iran certainly did NOT give the US permission for the USA to spy on it, or to drop bombs on suspected 'terrorists'. This violation of sovereign territories and airspace leads to the next problem. What happens when OTHER nations start using drones, in the same way that the US is using it inside their countries?

5. The fifth issue is; what happens WHEN (not if) Russia, China, Iran, Iraq, or other 'enemies' of the US start using drones and fly these spy/bomb drones over the USA? Is that OK? If not, why not? 

Are you OK with US and foreign nations flying over your backyard swimming pool and spying on you? Right now, many other countries are developing and using drones...... The US is not alone in this. The newest technology out of Europe is a 'stealth' drone, that will not show up on radar. 

In other words, future drones will not only be secret, but invisible. What happens if these are sold to our enemies, but friends of Europeans who are developing this? What happens when Russia and/or China develop their and sell them to their allies, including Iran, Yemen, Syria, and other 'terrorist sponsoring countries'?

6. The sixth issue is that this CIA MILITARY drone program recently got approved by Congress and the White House for use in flights over the US, as well as foreign nations. Using drones on US soil and airspace opens up the use of drone spying (and assassinations?) on US soil, without trial, jury or legal due process. If it is ok to assassinate a 16 year old US citizen in Yemen, why is NOT ok to do the same with a drone inside the USA? Did you approve this by voting it in? Who changed the Constitution and/or Bill of Rights by the way, which requires a trial by jury before an execution is ordered by ANYONE?

If this drone program by foreign nations flying over and bombing us is not good for the US, then why is it good for the US to do this in other nations, without their permission? If the US drone spying/bombing drone program is not violating the basic Golden Rule; "Do unto your neighbor only that which you wish to have done unto you", we do not know what would. 

What would the US do if a foreign war plane from Iran for example, came into US airspace? Would we treat them as Iran treated us? Or would we just shoot them down, due to fear and trepidation of what it MIGHT do?

7. The seventh issue is; what happens when those other countries start bombing suspected 'terrorists' inside the USA, that they have on THEIR terrorist lists, including US citizens of course? 

They can point to the US killing US and other nation's citizens without a trial, without a jury, and with no international legal due process or rights. Any US citizen opposed to Communist China could be labeled a 'terrorist' and taken out by a drone strike via an order given by the Communist leaders, no matter which country they live in globally, including the USA.

What happens if some other foreign nation decides you are a 'terrorist' and bombs you in your house, car or at work, because you said or blogged or mentioned something that was unfriendly to their dictatorial or even democratic government? 

What if you are actively working on human rights, peace, freedom or democracy in some form of fashion, and a country calls you a terrorist, much as the nation of Communist China is labeling the Dahli Lama? He is a terrorist that could be taken out by the Chinese, at any time, just like the US is taking out terrorists in foreign countries for whatever reason they make up. 

This US led drone program opens up the war on 'terror' into a free for all, where anyone can kill anyone for any reason, with no legal consequence. The drones make killing so easy, even a child can do it, just like in a video game... How many will we kill today, just for fun? 

This drone program takes war into a zone that it has never been in before. War used to be 'declared' on countries based on an attack and in defense of the mother land. Now war is never ending. This was is not in defense to an attack, but it is being used in an offensive way, which is not morally justifiable. War has been declared on every individual in the world. There are no 'rules' around this kind of war. Anything goes, and any citizen can be killed for any reason, globally. 

8. The eighth issue is; what happens when someone starts using the drone program on freedom and democracy promoting dissidents in their own country, such as inside the USA? 

Often, dissidents that are opposed to dictators are labeled 'terrorists' by that leader, and assassination plots have commonly been hatched by dictators against their supposed dissidents, in MANY countries, including inside the USA. Now there is a convenient method of disposing of any and all opposing citizens, no matter what. It does not matter if this is a democracy or a dictatorship, drones can be used to 'take them out', so there is no chance of losing an election. Just call them a 'terrorist' and rub them out. 

No person is accountable because death rains down from above, from a high altitude missile. No one can be blamed or taken to court for murder. The person pushing the button is on orders from someone else, that could be secret, hidden and out of view. Which drone from which of 100 nations might have assassinated a particular individual? With secret and invisible drones, death can rain from the sky at any moment, for no particular reason at all, on ANYONE, ANYWHERE.

9. The ninth issue is that there are No ID markings on these drones, so there is no way to track it back to country of origin, who is behind it, who is responsible for the 'hit' or anything else. 

10. The world of assassination via computers and drones is a secret free for all killing spree world filled with video games and a fun time for all. Who can get the highest score for killing the highest number of 'terrorists'? And who get's to define the term 'terrorist', compared to freedom fighter?  Let's have a contest. Other nations will get involved in this 'game', even though it seems that the US is the first. What happens when there are THOUSANDS of bomb carrying drones flying all over the world, assassinating people at will, in every country? Are you feeling lucky today? Are you on the 'terrorist' list? Are you making enemies of the 'wrong' bomb carrying drone secret circle of people in some foreign country? So far, it is only the US assassinating people in other countries. What happens when it starts happening here in the USA, to US citizens, deemed to be 'terrorists' by foreign nations?

SUMMARY


Literally, countries could start killing each other's or their own citizens in a blood fest orgy of taking out a higher number of terrorists than the other side did, just to 'get even'. 

Bottom line, the unintended consequence of this secret war of bomb carrying drones are making our world less safe, less democratic and less freedom promoting.

The US is now seen as a terrorist nation, because it causes terror in any community that a drone flies over. No one dares step outside for fear of being 'droned' in many foreign countries.
