Have you heard about heavy metal radioactive poison being found in milk and milk products, such as cheese, whipped cream, yogurt, and other products made from milk products? NO! Why not? Could it be that the profit motive is much more important than warning people about radioactive heavy metal poison contaminants in food?

Radiation levels in US food seem to rising gradually ever since 3/11/2011. "New EPA milk samples in Hawaii show radiation in milk at up to 800% above limits for C-134, 633% above limits for C-137 and 600% above EPA maximum for I-131 for a total of 2033%, or 20.33 times, above the federal drinking water limits.

These levels have been rising ever since the Fukushima accident. What is the latest reading? Does anyone care?

New readings have also been posted for Phoenix AZ with milk being above the federal limit and Los Angeles with milk being slightly below the limit for Iodine.

Montpelier VT milk has tested positive for radioactive CS-137, above about 2/3rds the EPA maximum and Spokane WA milk testing less than half the limit for i-131." Source; video above. According to the mass media, the Fukushima crisis is over and done with, but for some strange reason, neutral observers are reporting that things seem to be getting worse where the jet stream was located.










RADIATION LEVELS IN 2012 KEPT ON INCREASING, BUT THEN ALL TESTING WAS STOPPED?


The radiation from Fukushima comes down with the rain and settles in the grass and other plants. Repeated over time, it matches what researchers are seeing below with increased levels of radiation in milk, animals, fruit and vegetables, as well as drinking water. Here is a report about radiation levels spiking higher than ever before, as recently as May 24, 2012. Radiation readings jumped up to 100 CPM in high altitude locations in the Rockie Mountains.

In the few tests that have been done in the USA, radiation is showing up... Southern California had 2,500 Bq/kg of iodine-131 in seaweed — Over 500% higher than other tests in U.S., Canada. March 30th, 2012

Test results after 2012 are not available and no news coverage exists regarding it to the best knowledge of AGR.

There is no SAFE level of heavy metal radioactive poison in food. All of it is dangerous and could cause health issues or DNA damage. Governments may 'permit' some level of poison in food, either radioactive or just plain heavy metal poison, but that does not mean it has zero effect.

What is most interesting in the above article is that the government lab says that the milk is safe and they cannot find any radiation in it.. The government wants to move everyone back into these radiation contaminated areas, just like Japan is attempting to do.

It seems as if governments don't want anyone to know how much radiation is in their food, milk and water, no matter what country one is talking about. Why is this important?

Purchased locally (PA) yesterday and tested last night, method (excluding any sealing time) posted on site but haven't posted those results nor other 2015 food results yet. Just mentioning the milk here now as someone was interested and we hadn't tested any for 2015. I will post that and the other 2015 results within the next week or so.:)

Most radiation contamination comes into the human body via food and drinks, not from external sources.



SUMMARY 


Bottom line, the US, Canada and Hawaii got hit hard by toxic, but invisible heavy metal radioactive poisons from Fukushima. Those poisons ended up in the milk, water and food globally. Invisible Fukushima heavy metal radioactive poisons showed up in milk and will continue to do so far into the future. 

What is important to understand is that milk is an important marker for how much radiation people are ingesting overall in their food and drinks, especially since many people eat so many milk products and drink so much milk. Even a low amount of radiation over time can build up to dangerous levels via bioaccumulation. Only testing for a few months after the Fukushima mega nuclear disaster and then not testing again does not work as far as monitoring effects on public health. 

One potentially HUGE problem is that most cows were eating 'stored' grains and hay at the time that these radiation tests were done, so even if radiation was found, that is even MORE worrying, since none should be showing up. What amount of radiation would show up if the cows were NOT eating stored grains and hay?

In Canada, milk was tested and found to contain 2Bq/liter of radiation which in 2011, was 1,800 percent higher than the limit allowed for potable water in the US. 

2011 ENVIROREPORTER; "The detection level of 2 Bq/li is equivalent to 54 pCi/l because one becquerel is about 27 picocuries. Amazingly, the Canadian sensitivity level to this kind of deadly radiation is 1800 percent higher than the three pCi/l safety limit given for potable water in the United States. Regardless, the CFIA declared that all milk samples were “safe.” But a report that the Cesium levels were below this level of two Bq/l did not give us any comfort at all.

We found out that the reason the government tested milk is because milk is a special marker for radioactivity. Health Canada says that the analysis of the radionuclides in milk samples provides valuable information of the general population’s intake of radionuclides.

That is because, when there are environmental releases of radionuclides, the fallout goes into the air; falls on the grass and gets into the water; builds up in water and in the grass that then becomes hay. Cows ingest this contaminated water and hay. This is how the radionuclides “bio-accumulate” or increase in concentration as they go up the food chain.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), also studies milk EPA states that,“Milk is a reliable indicator of the general population’s intake of certain radionuclides since it is consumed fresh by a large segment of the population and can contain several of the biologically significant radionuclides that result from environmental releases from nuclear activities.“

Where are the tests for 201, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 in the US and Canada? Only by doing tests over many years, and over many farms, is it possible to determine what impact a nuclear disaster is having on the food supply. Since this testing is NOT being done, no conclusions can be drawn, and no data is available either. How convenient. 

What effect will radiation contamination in foods and drinks in items such as cheese and milk have long term?

At least in Belarus, they tested the children, the food and the water for radiation, via community based efforts. In the US, there is nothing going on, no testing being done. Everything is being covered up, just by not testing anything or anyone. 

Who is doing the measurement long term via whole body internal radiation measurements on the children living there? 

Who is studying the long term effect on children who were affected the most and are now dealing with the negative health impact?
